“Regardless of what challenge you are facing right now, know that it has not come to stay. It has come to pass. During these times, do what you can with what you have, and ask for help. Most importantly, never surrender. Put things in perspective. Take care of yourself. Find ways to replenish your energy, strengthen your relationships and fortify yourself from the inside out.”

Ready to get Started?
Follow These Steps:
Step 1: Decide to Pursue
One thing that clients often tell me is they wished they had reached out sooner to me. Or before reaching out they had the thought, “I can do this on my own.” This is indication to seek help now. Therapy offers growth and healing. We will work collaboratively to help you identify your goals and to help you feel your best.
Step 2: Book a Call
Let’s get to know each other to make sure I am a good fit for you as your provider. Simply request a consultation call. These calls are 15- minutes and gives time for you to ask me questions and for us to briefly explore what services you are looking for and what I can do to help.
Step 3: Start Therapy
Therapy begins with weekly appointments and will drop to bi-weekly appointments as symptoms improve. These sessions are spent processing emotions, learning coping skills, and practicing values-based living.
Step 4: Get Your Life and/or Relationship Back
Feel empowered and equipped to live the life YOU want to live, without the pains of life and relationship distress stopping you.
The experienced therapist you’ve been looking for.
“Here to help you live
your best life”
