I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework with an emphasis on goals, valued living, mindfulness, and acceptance.
We spend time understanding behavior through thoughts, emotions, urges, and sensations.
I consider myself a generalist practitioner and have worked in mental health clinics addressing a wide variety of presenting concerns.
